When is a duck not a duck? That would be when Democrats decide that a duck, or a particular duck, is actually an aardvark. The Democrats don’t need any proof that the duck isn’t a duck any longer. We are expected to believe what they tell us. If you have a problem with their decision, then you are a Nazi, a Hitler, deplorable, irredeemable, garbage, blah blah blah. So what’s the problem?
Reality is the problem. It hits them square in the face, and they have to pull a 180° from their previous position. They do it with ease, knowing the MSM will cover for their every lie and pretend that their previous statements on video, in the halls of Congress, etc. don’t exist.
But they do exist.
For decades, Democrats and Republicans alike have been anti-Venezuela. Ever since Perez nationalized the oil industry, stealing billions of American investments, it was more anti-Norte Americano from Venezuelan presidents.
American Senators, Congressmen, and Presidents have long excoriated the Socialist doctrine instituted by Socialists in what was once the wealthiest country in South America. It is now among the poorest nations of the world.
As recently as last year (D) Senator Chucky Schumer was calling for regime change in Venezuela. He was instrumental in putting a $25 Million cash bounty on Maduro’s head. The Democrats were 100% against him. No problem.
Fast forward to Jan. 2026 and the Democrats all of a sudden are aghast that there is regime change in Venezuela. They’re suing the US President for capturing him and jailing him while awaiting his trial for drug trafficking and other crimes. They’re organizing protests against Trump and fundraising for Maduro and his wife.
They’re calling Trump a war criminal for doing the same thing numerous other US Presidents have done. Remember Noriega anyone? And that wasn’t the first time either.
But when Orange Man Bad does anything it is the worst thing possible for humanity.
If Pres. Trump cured cancer tomorrow and the disease was eradicated, the MSM and the Democrats in Congress would scream that Trump is depriving the poor oppressed cancer cells of their right to exist and their right to pursue their dream of killing as many people as possible. Sadly the SCOTUS would side with the Democrats and they’d “disappear” the cure.
Such is the nature of TDS in America in 2026.
