Yes, it’s true. They were for it before they were against it. It’s the same every election cycle. They promise one thing and then either do the opposite or nothing at all. What can you say? They are Democrats after all. They aren’t known for their veracity and integrity.
Here is a small sampling of things that Democrats were for before they were against, or that they were against before they were for. Same same.
- Democrats have been for open borders until they were instructed on Feb. 16, 2022 to be against open borders and to not talk about immigration and their love of open borders until after the midterm elections.
- Democrats have been for defunding the police since BLM and Antifa started rioting and burning down cities in 2020, but as of Feb. of 2020 they’ve flipped the coin and now say they were never for defunding the police, and it was the Republicans that wanted that.
- Democrats have been for supporting Afghanistan for years but when a Democrat president abandoned hundreds or thousands of people, $84,000,000,000 ($84 Billion) worth of military hardware including aircraft and tanks, all of sudden they HAD to get out now because Trump had said we’re getting out by a certain date. Of course, they reversed all of Trump’s other policies, plans, agreements, etc. No problem at all.
- Democrats have been for equity for black people so Biden and Co. decide to level the playing field by distributing crack pipes to black neighborhoods for free. Equity smoking kits or some such nonsense. But don’t black people claim to be partners in the fight against the crack/meth/opioid epidemic?
