THE SCIENCE: Fossils are the preserved remains of plants and animals that were buried in sediments, such as sand and mud, under ancient seas, lakes and rivers. Fossils also include any preserved trace of life that is typically more than 10 000 years old.
How do you make oil and natural gas from preserved remains which are fossilized, i.e., basically turned to stone like materials. A “fossil” is not a sticky oozing liquid such as oil nor is it a clear natural gas. People just accept terms that are coined by people for their own purposes, i.e., Caspar Nuemann (or Neuman) 1683 – 1737. He was a German chemist and apothecary. Neumann was born at Zullichau, in the Electorate of Brandenburg and coined the term not in a scientific sense, but to stir up people’s emotions. Yet rather than spend 5 minutes and use their own mind to ask the question, most young people simply read headlines on the internet or on cable and suddenly they’ll repeat the talking point and insist it’s “science”.
Science is the art of asking questions and validating (or not) same.
Fossil fuels are a myth according to 100% of the world’s actual scientists, but don’t tell your politicians that. To The DNC and RNC it’s a total cash cow. They’ve got almost the entirety of their constituency believing oil is the liquified remains of animals and plants, and that just isn’t true. But they rake in billions each year in the fight against using ‘fossil fuels’ in their quest to convert us to EV’s, solar and wind power.
But just note that not a single one of them practices what they preach. They all use convoys of SUVs, private helicopters, private jets, own huge million dollar mansions with grand landscapes (many own numerous homes, i.e. Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama, etc.), and eat foie gras, steak (from real cows), and they continually buy as much property as they can one the seashore. The same seashores that they’ve been telling us for decades would be under water in 2o years, and this was in 1960 (before the “New Ice Age” they predicted) and ever since.
Too many people utilize YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, MSNBC, WaPo, CNN, the View and that skinny guy Maddow for their news. The read the headlines and that’s all they need to know to make their ‘informed’ opinion. They do not need to read the story, or investigate other relevant news sources to be able to come to an educated decision. It’s just easier to read the headline and then go out and protest by gluing your hand to the street or to a priceless artifact or painting.
They are not educating high school and college students, they are indoctrinating them.
