U.S. President Joseph Robinette Biden, aka China Joe, aka The Big Guy, aka Pres. Xiden, has been deemed too feeble minded, too befuddled, too senile, and has dementia, so he is legally unfit to stand trial for the crimes he committed while a Senator and Vice President.
This according to the Special Counsel Robert Hur who was investigating the document scandal of over 1,800 boxes of classified and often secret data Biden had stashed in numerous site, all unsecured, and he was not then and is not now allowed to possess any of them.
He’s wasn’t coherent enough during his session to answer simple questions such as when was he Vice President, who the President was, various names, dates, places, events, and even the year when when his son passed away, which is something a mentally capable person would never forget.
Yet even though the evidence met the standard for criminal charges, Special Counsel Hur said there was a high probability that the Justice Department would not be able to prove Biden’s intent beyond a reasonable doubt. Among other things he cited Biden’s advanced age that he said made him forgetful and the possibility of “innocent explanations” for the records that they could not refute.
Yet Joe Biden is 100% fine to be the sitting President, control our nuclear arsenal, and negotiate with hostile foreign entities?
