Coming soon to a theater near you if Pres. Biden (I still hate saying that) is re-cheated into office. Him and his sidekick “Giggles” are taking America down faster than a rock in water.
What we’ve seen lately in New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and other formerly great American cities, is only a window into America’s future if we remain on our current course.
DEI. Diversity. Equity. Inclusion. Wokeness is destroying America. First it destroyed humor, as humor is predicated upon making fun of someone or something.
Then over the next several years it destroyed the American economy. It destroyed the U.S. border. It destroyed cities. It is a powerful force to be reckoned with.
In essence it is a Socialist program meant to equalize everyone. We are to be all the same in the future. Yes, we’ll have different levels of Worker Bees, Supervisors, Administrators, good Comrades all. But we’ll all be just like ants running around doing what we’re told by the “Queen Bee”.
The job market in America is a joke. DEI was to even out the workplace so that there was equity. Equal representation as to the population. So let’s break that down.
An analysis of 88 workforce demographic reports submitted to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission by S&P 100 companies like Apple, Walmart and Amazon.
The EEOC report found that 94% of the S&P jobs in 2021 went to minorities. There were 302,570 minority hires but only 20,524 white hires.
This is a shock as whites make up 57% of the population, yet only got 6% of the jobs. Equity? Inclusion? Diversity? Seriously?
Let’s look at the other side of the jobs picture, firings. Among those companies that have embrace DEI policies, 68.5% of firings were white, 16.5% were black, 9.7% were Hispanic and 2.3% Asian.
Equity? It seems as if it’s more of a race war than anything else. Get rid of the white guys, ASAP!
This is the Biden plan. He’s replacing the whites with Hispanic and Chinese imports, i.e., illegal criminal aliens. And millions upon millions of them.
This is not a joke this is becoming an existential crisis to America as we know it.
