It started under the Obama regime, and then the Biden admin has spent BILLIONS to implement it. Socialism and wokeness became bedfellows and took off on steroids to become the favored political ideology of the Left.
It was rammed down our collective throats, pardon the pun. Of course it wasn’t called D.E.I back then.
So to right the wrongs of 150+ years ago, Obama came up with a Master Race Plan, and the Master Race is Black people. No longer will whites be considered for jobs they are eminently qualified for, unless there are no POC (People of Color) applicants.
Race, gender identity, and trans-sexual proclivities will be what is taken into account to determine your ‘status’ at work, at school, at home, on social networks. No longer do the “best” excel and succeed where others fail. Now everyone gets a medal, just for showing up and the least qualified gets the first place ribbon.
Tyranny wrapped up in grandiose plans of equalizing all the wrongs, real and imagined, that had taken place, or not, in history. They also found the perfect patsy/fall guy for their scheme. White people. Any white person will do, all white people will do. It doesn’t matter to them.
The mere pigmentation of your skin makes you automatically GUILTY of, theoretically according to Woke morons, thousands upon thousands of heinous crimes against humanity.
No longer are the long-held criteria America has normally used to base college admissions, regulate job hiring, or who to hire as firefighters being used. You may have years of merit, education, experience, training, etc., but you’re white, or straight, or God forbid you are white and straight! That’s a deep hole Obama has put you in.
The government has pushed agencies and departments under their control, and for major corporations to use D.E.I to hire people because of their skin color, or whether or not they’re transexual, or whether or not they’re gay. Or do they identify as any of the imaginary (dozens of them) gender identities that the government and mainstream media manufacture?
But if they identify as a biological “man” or “woman”, they go to the bottom of the applicant pile if not straight to the garbage can.
Imagine this, and it is a reality in many US airlines. You’re flying to Hawaii from Miami, a long flight. After boarding you’re welcomed by the pilot and co-pilot who are proud to announce that they are a black transgender cis-non-binary-2AA+ something or other and are getting married.
Hmmm. Why would anyone on the plane, sans their mother and father, give a rat’s ass what their sexual proclivities were? I’d only care about their flight qualifications and experience, not if they know the proper hole to insert into each other. (BTW: That’s a trick scenario as any hole will do).
We’re to hire people for any job, it doesn’t matter, simply because they insert their penis into the anus of another man? Or when gay men with pedophilic tendencies pretend to be women and dress in drag and want to read to, give lap dances to and pole dance for children.
Believe it or not, they’ll even accept some white men of these persuasions for some positions, if you’re willing to sit in the back of the bus.
