He not only believes you are stupid, he’s counting on you being so stupid that you can’t remember his promises from one day to the next.
Last Wednesday President Biden blamed oil companies for the price of gas. He said they haven’t been drilling enough to meet demand. “We haven’t slowed them down at all. They should be drilling more than they’re doing now,” he said at a rally in New Mexico. “If they were drilling more, we’d have more relief at the pump.”
Contrast that with what he said yesterday to a climate change activist, “No more drilling. There is no more drilling,” Biden said, speaking to a climate activist as he finished up a rally in New York for Gov. Kathy Hochul (D-NY). “I haven’t formed any new drilling.” Here’s the video:
So you can believe Lyin’ Biden v.1 or Lyin’ Biden v.2. Pick one. They are both inveterate pathological liars.
Biden v.1 shut down the Keystone Pipeline on Day #1 of his administration and then closed off Federal lands, and rescinded permits, and has not issued further permits for exploration or drilling.
That pretty much sounds like “no more drilling, period” to us.
Biden v.2 says he did ‘none of the above’. It’s all the greedy oil companies that refuse to drill. Yeah, that’s right. They don’t want to make money, they just want to hurt Americans.
Does that make sense on any level whatsoever?
